Mickey Hats Continued!

This Mickey Hat DIY cost me only $1, and took me less then 2 minutes to make!

Nothing beats a quick DIY!

I got the hat from Urban Planet for $1 on clearance, and purchased more for future projects!

What you will need:

Faux Leather Hat

Thin Tip Sharpie

Disney Shaped Stencil

I began with using the middle of the stencil from the Plaid Mickey Hat DIY.

I did not want to waste a perfectly good sticker.

I placed it off the the side and off the rim of the hat, making sure all the

edges were pressed down properly.

Then using the thin tip sharpie marker (any colour you choose) trace the stencil, right against the edges, going over it a few times to make it an even line.

Allow a minute to dry, touch lightly with your finger to check this.

Try not to smudge the marker while tracing the stencil.

Remove stencil.

* Optional: I used a Q Tip and dipped it in rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover.

Then I traced the line I just made to allow the marker to run a bit, making a shadow like depth.

Done!

So simple and clean, but a great accessory to wear when you have a winter

hair day, but do not want to wear bulky hats!

I want to see your version of this hat, send me your pictures!
